    Resumo

Lymphoma is a hematopoietic neoplasia that has a high incidence in dogs and when extranodal, can affect organs such as the myocardium, leading to rhythm disturbances, functional and cardiac structural changes. Thus, the purpose of the present case report is to describe the occurrence of infiltrative anaplastic lymphoma in the myocardium of a dog with mitral and tricuspid valve endocardiosis. For this, a 14-year-old male, shih-tzu dog arrived for clinical care presenting progressive weight loss, weakness, and prostration. Physical examination revealed hypocorous mucosa, weak and irregular femoral pulse, systolic blood pressure of 98 mmhg, murmur of mitral II / VI and tricuspid III / VI and drowning of cardiac sounds in the right hemithorax. Laboratory tests, abdominal ultrasonography, electrocardiography and echocardiography were performed, confirming the presence of Mitral Valve Endocardiosis and Tricuspid associated with tumor process in the right atrial region. Subsequent to eight months of therapy aiming at the clinical and hemodynamic stability of the patient, the patient died, with subsequent necropsy examination. The described findings confirmed the presence of neoplastic nodules in the pericardial sac with right atrium and ventricle involvement, adhesions of the pericardium to the visceral pleura and pulmonary metastases, with myocardial histopathology confirming atrial and ventricular neoplastic infiltration. As a result, lymphoid neoplasm of anaplastic and infiltrative myocardial character was confirmed.
